Artwork Templates
We do quite a few different sizes and shapes of cards, but for the most part there’s just a few regular sizes that we print. They are the classic CR80 (86mm × 54mm), the key tag (60mm × 54mm), the Combo+1 and Combo+2, and the mid sized pass (80mm × 120mm).
Illustrator
We have all of these available for download as Illustrator files with bleeds set, layers named, and safe zones, mag stripes, signature panels, and holes marked out when applicable. If you’re confident with Illustrator, they’re available for download below.

Canva
Don’t have Illustrator? That’s fine because quite frankly, it’s frightenly expensive if it’s not something you use all the time. Fortunately, there’s quite a nifty and very inexpensive option: Canva.
Does it have all the whistles and bells? Thankfully it does not. What is does have is the tools you need with a good interface and a wide selection of pre-done templates, stock images, and fonts. Start with a template, personalise it, pay the low fee for the stock images (if you use them), and then download a press ready PDF to hand to us.
The templates we supply aren’t quite as full featured as the Illustrator ones, but they will get you started and give us most of the artwork done for production. You can access the most common templates below.

CR80
A standard CR80 card is 86mm × 54mm. We require a minimum bleed of 3mm on all edges. Artwork size, including bleeds, is 92mm × 60mm. Any artwork, photos, text or logos that do not bleed over edge the of the card must be no closer than 3mm from the edge of the card. Corner radius is 3mm.
Keytag
Our standard keytag is 60mm × 25mm. We require a minimum bleed of 3mm on all edges. Artwork size, including bleeds, is 66mm × 31mm. Any artwork, photos, text or logos that do not bleed over the edge of the keytag must be no closer than 3mm from the edge of the keytag. Corner radius is 3mm. The hole is 5mm from the short edge of the keytag, is centred on the short edge, and is 6mm in diameter.
Wide Pass
Our standard wide pass is 86mm × 140mm. We require a minimum bleed of 3mm on all edges. Artwork size, including bleeds, is 92mm × 146mm. Any artwork, photos, text or logos that do not bleed over the edge of the pass must be no closer than 3mm from the edge of the pass. Corner radius is 3mm. The hole (if required) is 5mm from the short edge of the pass, is centred on the short edge, and is 6mm in diameter. A slot is also available. It is 3mm × 14mm with rounded ends. It is centered on the short edge and is 5mm from the short edge of the pass.
Long Pass
Our standard long pass is 54mm × 145mm. We require a minimum bleed of 3mm on all edges. Artwork size, including bleeds, is 60mm × 151mm. Any artwork, photos, text or logos that do not bleed over the edge of the pass must be no closer than 3mm from the edge of the pass. Corner radius is 3mm. The hole (if required) is 5mm from the short edge of the pass, is centred on the short edge, and is 6mm in diameter. A slot is also available. It is 3mm × 14mm with rounded ends. It is centered on the short edge and is 5mm from the short edge of the pass.
